In his capacity as Ruler of Abu Dhabi, President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has issued an Emiri decree granting His Excellency Mohammed bin Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan the rank of Department Chairman.
