ABU DHABI (ALETIHAD)

The Saif Bin Zayed Academy for Police and Security Sciences, in coordination with the Inspection and Discipline Department and the Talent Management Centre at  Abu Dhabi Police (ADP), celebrated the graduation of the first batch of female talents in the field of inspection and discipline.

The programme aims to enhance the field efficiency of female officers, strengthen the culture of discipline and professional commitment among all women working at ADP, and contribute to developing police performance in line with best international practices.

The ceremony was attended by the Director of the Saif Bin Zayed Academy for Police and Security Sciences, Brigadier Dr. Rashid Mohammed Borshaid Al Naqbi, and the Director of the Inspection and Discipline Department, Colonel Suhail Mohammed Al Khaili.

ADP emphasised that the programme reflects its commitment to empowering women in the police force and equipping them with the skills and expertise that reinforce their active role in inspection and discipline fields, noting that female officers have demonstrated high competence across various police specialisations.

At the end of the ceremony, the participants were honoured, and certificates were distributed to the graduates, with reaffirmation of the commitment to continue strengthening the capabilities of female officers and raising the standards of field performance.
