The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) has issued a five-day weather forecast, predicting generally fair weather conditions across the UAE through the weekend and early next week.
From Friday through Sunday, the weather is expected to remain fair overall. Winds will be light to moderate, blowing from the southeast to northeast, and may freshen at times, reaching speeds of up to 35 km/h. Sea conditions will remain slight in both the Arabian Gulf and the Oman Sea.
On Monday, similar fair weather is expected, though skies may become partly cloudy at times. Wind patterns will stay consistent, with southeasterly to northeasterly winds continuing at light to moderate speeds and occasionally strengthening. The sea state will remain slight in both regional waters.
By Tuesday, conditions are forecast to change slightly. The day will begin fair to partly cloudy but may become dusty at times, especially in western areas, where a drop in temperatures is expected.
Winds will shift from southeasterly to northwesterly, becoming stronger and possibly carrying dust and sand. Speeds could increase to 40 km/h, impacting both land and sea conditions. Maritime areas may also experience blowing and suspended dust, leading to moderate seas at times.
