The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) announced that the highest temperature recorded in the UAE on Sunday was 45.5°C in Bada Dafas, located in Al Dhafra Region, at 15:15 local time.
According to NCM's post on X, below are the five highest temperatures recorded across the country on Sunday:
- Bada Dafas: 45.5 at 15:15
- Mezaira: 44.6 at 15:15
- Owtaid: 44.5 at 14:00
- Hamim: 44.4 at 15:00
- Al Shawamekh: 44.4 at 14:45
