The National Center of Meteorology (NCM) has issued the weather forecast for UAE from Sunday, March 23, until Thursday, March 27.
Sunday
Weather: Partly cloudy to cloudy over some areas especially over Western areas and islands with a probability of light rainfall – decrease in temperatures Westward.
Wind: Light to moderate Southeasterly to Northeasterly wind, becoming moderate to fresh Northwesterly by afternoon causing blowing dust Westward, with a speed of 10 – 25 reaching 40 kmph.
Sea: Slight to moderate, becoming rough gradually Westward by afternoon in the Arabian Gulf and slight in Oman sea.
Monday
Weather: Humid with a probability of fog or mist formation by morning over some internal areas – partly cloudy to cloudy and dusty at times during daytime with a probability of light rainfall especially over the West and islands – A significant decrease in temperatures.
Wind: Light to moderate Northwesterly winds, becoming fresh to strong at times especially over the sea causing blowing dust and sand during daytime, with a speed of 15 – 30 reaching 50 kmph.
Sea: Rough to very rough in the Arabian Gulf and slight to moderate, becoming rough gradually by night in Oman sea.
Tuesday
Weather: Fair in general and partly cloudy and dusty at times during daytime.
Wind: Moderate to fresh Northwesterly winds and strong at times over the sea causing blowing dust during daytime with a speed of 15 – 30 reaching 50 kmph.
Sea: Very rough to rough in the Arabian Gulf and rough in Oman sea.
Wednesday
Weather: Humid by morning over some internal areas with a probability of mist formation – Fair to partly cloudy.
Wind: Light to moderate Northwesterly winds and fresh at times over the sea during daytime with a speed of 10 – 20 reaching 40 kmph.
Sea: Rough to moderate in the Arabian Gulf and slight in Oman sea.
Thursday
Weather: Fog and mist over some internal and coastal areas – Fair in general and clouds appear Eastward during daytime – slight increase in temperatures.
Wind: Light to moderate Northwesterly to Northeasterly winds and fresh at times, with a speed of 10 – 25 reaching 35 kmph.
Sea: Slight to moderate in the Arabian Gulf and slight in Oman sea.
