The National Center of Meteorology (NCM) has issued a weather alert for Saturday night.
In a statement posted on social media, NCM warned about a chance of fog formation with deterioration in horizontal visibility, which may drop even further at times over some Western areas from 12:30 am until 9:30 am on Sunday.
Abu Dhabi Police also called on motorists to exercise caution due to reduced visibility, urging them to follow changing speed limits displayed on electronic information boards.
