H.H. Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, received a delegation from Chinese Shenzhen city on Tuesday at his palace in the Saqr bin Mohammed City.
The delegation included members of the Shenzhen Municipality and business leaders from various private companies.
H.H. Sheikh Saud bin Saqr welcomed the delegation, expressing his appreciation for the strong ties and strategic partnership with China.
His Highness also emphasised the shared commitment to enhancing cooperation in economic, industrial, and trade sectors, fostering mutual growth and sustainable development for both Ras Al Khaimah and Shenzhen.
The meeting explored opportunities for collaboration between the emirate and the Chinese city, focusing on expanding economic partnerships and identifying new avenues for joint growth and prosperity.
The Chinese delegation expressed their gratitude to the RAK Ruler for his warm reception and generous hospitality.
They also praised the UAE's remarkable progress in general and Ras Al Khaimah in particular in various sectors, especially in investment, industry, and tourism.
