Sheikh Abdulla bin Mohamed bin Butti Al Hamed, Chairman of the National Media Office (NMO) visited the Abu Dhabi Media pavilion at the third edition of the Global Media Congress 2024, held at the ADNEC Center in Abu Dhabi.
Abdulla Al Hamed was briefed by Dr. Hamad Al Kaabi, Chief Aletihad News Center Officer, on the inspiring media exhibits displayed by Abu Dhabi Media platforms, as well as its latest initiatives and projects, utilising advanced technologies and artificial intelligence in the creation and dissemination of diverse media content across written, audio and visual formats.
The NMO Chairman emphasised that the UAE's wise leadership considered media a strategic partner and a key player in the journey of sustainable development. Therefore, efforts were being made to establish an exceptional and agile media work environment built on advanced digital infrastructure, fostering a culture that encourages creativity and supports innovation.
Additionally, specialised programmes and training courses were being implemented to develop creative media talent.
