ABU DHABI (WAM)

Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence, inaugurated the 31st edition of the Jewellery & Watch Show Abu Dhabi (JWS) at ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi.

He toured the exhibition, meeting key exhibitors, exploring various pavilions, and viewing the latest jewellery and watch designs.

He also engaged with participants in the Jewellery Design Workshop for People of Determination, led by Emirati designer Azza Al Qubaisi in collaboration with the Institute for Inclusion and Accessibility.

The five-day show features over 120 leading brands from 16 countries, including the UAE, Italy, Lebanon, India, Bahrain, China, Singapore, Qatar, Türkiye, and Kuwait.

Running from 13th to 17th November, the event is expected to attract over 7,000 visitors, showcasing diverse local, regional, and global jewellery collections.

Zen Diamond sponsors this year's edition, known for its extensive diamond jewellery range available across 150 stores globally. Other notable exhibitors include Salem Al Shueibi, Abdulla Al Masaood & Sons Jewellery, Al Fardan Jewellery, Amwaj Jewellery, Bhaskar Devji Jewellers, Blue Diamond, and many more.

Attendees can explore exceptional gold works, rare diamonds, and exclusive collections from both Emirati and international designers. The show also introduces new Jewellery Design Workshops and Talks, offering insights into the latest trends and skills in jewellery design.

The event highlights include the International Designer Gallery, presenting jewellery artistry from over 16 countries, and the Emirati Designer Gallery, featuring emerging talents from the GCC.

The 12th Ebda’a Awards, led by Azza Al Qubaisi, will introduce a new category recognising the ‘Most Active Educational Institute’ alongside its established design categories.

This year, we bring together international and local craftsmanship, offering visitors rare collections and a chance to engage with industry experts."
