Abu Dhabi Accountability Authority (ADAA) has unveiled state-of-the-art platforms at GITEX Global 2024 as part of its continuous efforts to adopt innovative technologies that improve audit processes and governance standards.
Building on the success of the previous version of the platform, Al Mersad 2.0 is an advanced audit management system designed to optimise the audit lifecycle. The platform provides end-to-end support for audit planning, execution, and reporting, offering key features such as comprehensive annual audit planning with multiple tailored projects, task management via an advanced task board with kanban-style interface, and data-driven reporting to generate audit performance reports.

The newly launched Smart Uploader simplifies the audit processes with intelligent automatic data mapping from diverse sources, thereby enabling seamless integration and error-free data handling.
Key features include flexible and versatile data handling that supports various file formats, error detection and validation during uploads for improved data accuracy, efficient management of large data without affecting performance, and support for local languages to cater to diverse linguistic needs.
ADAA has also signed an agreement with Aleria, a leading provider of AI-powered legal systems management solutions, on the sidelines of GITEX Global 2024.

The Aleria platform is intended to enhance legal documents management and workflow automation, including preparing and managing reports, scheduling meetings, tracking project milestones and ensuring secure handling of information.
The system offers a range of features, including smart document search and analysis in record time, saving legal users up to 40 hours per week with minimal errors.
The agreement is an essential move in ADAA's journey towards adopting innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and speed with minimal errors in its operations. The Aleria platform is part of ADAA's broader vision to deploy the latest technologies to drive progress and ensure the highest standards of digital transformation in Abu Dhabi.
