President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai; and His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister, and Chairman of the Presidential Court, have sent separate congratulatory messages to President Xi Jinping of China on Chinese National Day; President Surangel Whipps Jr. of the Republic of Palau; President Nikos Christodoulides of Cyprus; President Bola Ahmed Tinubu of Nigeria; and Tofiga Vaevalu Falani, Governor-General of Tuvalu, on their countries' Independence Day.
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid and His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed dispatched similar messages to Li Qiang, Premier of the State Council of China, and Prime Minister Feleti Teo of Tuvalu.
