The General Command of the Abu Dhabi Police (ADP) and the company Saaed for Traffic Systems have called on drivers to use the Smart Saaed mobile application for minor accidents in Abu Dhabi, instead of calling the emergency phone number 999.

Speaking about the partnership with Saaed, he noted that such applications aim to enhance customer satisfaction and provide excellent services.

The app allows users to request an accident report for minor accidents directly from the website.

All a driver needs to do is follow a few simple steps to provide the necessary data, such as selecting to locations of the accident on an interactive map, uploading details and photos of the incident and damages.

The process takes minutes, after which the driver will receive the confirmation and incident report via smart notifications.

Drivers are urged to verify the information for all vehicles involved in the accident and complete the claim process to receive a claim number.

Saaed for Traffic Systems reaffirmed that the application will achieve its strategic goals of improving services and ensure traffic accident related services are provided in a timnely manner, thereby saving everyone both time and effort.
