ABU DHABI (ALETIHAD)

Abu Dhabi Housing Authority (ADHA) launched a new service that allows UAE Nationals to exchange their granted residential lands.

This initiative is designed to foster greater social wellbeing and cohesion among the citizens of Abu Dhabi.

Accessible through the Iskan Abu Dhabi application, the service enables UAE Nationals to exchange residential land for reasons that include social or familial needs, provided the exchanged lands offer adequate living space.

The exchange conditions also stipulate that all exchanges remain free from legal and regulatory complications and must not involve any third-party claims.

Furthermore, the exchanges should not result in any material or financial benefits, either directly or indirectly.

For a full list of service conditions and eligibility criteria, interested parties are encouraged to visit the ADHA website or download the Iskan Abu Dhabi application.
