RAS AL KHAIMAH (WAM)
H.H. Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, today issued a resolution restructuring the Board of Directors of the Emirates Cultural and Sports Club.
The resolution stipulates that the Board shall be chaired by Mahmoud Hassan Mohammed Al Shamsi, Engineer Ismail Hassan Al Balooshi as First Deputy Chairman, and Ahmed Mohammed Shamlan Al-Nuaimi as Second Deputy Chairman. Additionally, the Board will include several other members.
The Board's term shall be two years from the date of issuance. This resolution is effective immediately and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
