Abu Dhabi Civil Defense Authority shares 'Precautionary measures in case of a gas leak'

ABU DHABI (ALETIHAD)

The Abu Dhabi Civil Defense Authority shared an informative video on X, formerly Twitter, on the 'Precautionary measures in case of a gas leak.' 

In the short clip, the authority listed the steps to be taken if one suspects a gas leak, which are:
- Close the gas safety valve
- Cut off the gas supply
- Ensure proper ventilation in the area where there is a suspected gas leak
- Don't switch on the lights

Moreover, the authority called on citizens and residents to call 999 in emergency cases.
