H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah, today received Francisco Chacón Hernández, Ambassador of Costa Rica to the UAE, in his office in the Emiri Court.
Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad welcomed Hernández, who came to salute him. He also wished the Costa Rican Ambassador luck in his duties.
During the meeting, Sheikh Mohammed and Hernández discussed the bilateral cooperation between the UAE and Costa Rica.
Hernández handed an honorary invitation to Sheikh Mohammed, inviting him to participate in and attend the high-level event on ocean action Immersed In Change, organised by Costa Rica in June.
The event marks a significant step towards the United Nations Ocean Conference, co-headed by Costa Rica and France in 2025.
Hernández expressed his gratitude and appreciation to Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad for his warm reception, commending the significant development witnessed in the UAE, in general, and in the Emirate of Fujairah, in particular.
Dr. Ahmed Hamdan Al Zeyoudi, Director of the Office of H.H. Crown Prince of Fujairah, attended the meeting.
