ABU DHABI (ALETIHAD)

The Vehicles and Drivers Licencing Directorate at Abu Dhabi Police (ADP) launched the Direct Registration initiative in seven car dealerships. 

This initiative comes after they signed partnership agreements bringing the total number of companies that offer this service in Abu Dhabi to 21.

This comes as part of ongoing efforts to deliver proactive services that ensure customer satisfaction.

Director of the Central Operations Department, Major General Ahmed Saif bin Zaytoun Al Muhairi, emphasised ADP's commitment to offering exceptional services and guaranteeing client satisfaction.

He commended the partnership and cooperation with car dealerships and showrooms, which streamline and simplify procedures for customers.

The agreement was signed by ADP's Brigadier General Mohammed Al-Breik Al-Amri, as well as representatives from different dealerships and showrooms.

Al Amri explained that this initiative is part of ADP's vision to enhance its role as a leader, become more proactive, and improve people's quality of life.

He emphasised the importance of fostering effective partnerships with public and private sector institutions to meet the wise leadership's goals of providing exceptional services. 

The aim is to increase community confidence and satisfaction, as well as promote social responsibility and participation in enhancing customer services.

He highlighted ADP's continuous efforts to deliver high-quality services that exceed customer expectations, focusing on society's well-being and happiness.
