ABU DHABI (ALETIHAD)
The Abu Dhabi Civil Defense Authority recently conducted a series of field visits throughout the emirate with the goal of increasing awareness about preventive measures against fires in buildings, facilities, homes, and vehicles.
During these visits, teams distributed stickers with QR codes that provide a comprehensive set of safety guidelines and other information, including the best practices for reducing fire hazards.
Colonel Issa Abdullah Al Marzouqi, the director of the capital's Rescue and Fire Department, reiterated the authority's dedication to promoting preventive safety measures within the local community.
He also emphasised the importance of raising awareness and educating individuals as the initial step in reducing accidents and protecting people and property.
The authority is also striving to create a sustainable safety environment in Abu Dhabi.
