The Emergency Services Unit of the New York Police Department (NYPD) has confirmed their readiness to compete in the 2024 UAE SWAT Challenge. Members of the team said they are very excited to compete alongside specialised police teams from various countries around the world.
Sergeant Dante from the NYPD Emergency Services Unit, mentioned that this will be his first personal participation in the Challenge. He is very enthusiastic about facing the various competitions. He explained that the team has been training for a month and a half on the multiple challenges included in the tournament and is committed to exerting their utmost effort to achieve positive results and earn high points.
Sergeant Dante concluded that the UAE SWAT Challenge is an opportunity to build friendships, meet professionals from different special police units worldwide, and exchange expertise and knowledge with them.
