This translates into realistic action plans that positively impact the government education sector.
The open meetings embody the Foundation’s vision of activating and opening all channels of communication with various stakeholders in the national educational system to achieve the targeted goals of the UAE in the national education sector. This aims to further enrich it with all the components of leadership and excellence on a global level.
An Incubator for Ideas
Al Qasim said that the open meetings serve as an incubator for innovative ideas and a vital link between the Foundation and all stakeholders in the educational domain.
He expressed his satisfaction that the open meetings organised by the Foundation during 2023 produced ideas that constituted a significant addition to the government education sector.
The floor was opened for the opinions of participating parents and those working in the educational field. Several ideas were presented to maximise the benefit from the efforts made by the Foundation and teachers, reflecting positively on the quality of education.
Parents and teachers expressed their appreciation for this initiative undertaken by the Foundation, its efforts to reach partners in the educational field, gather the opinions of parents, and find necessary solutions to any obstacles facing the sector.
Parents also praised the efforts of teachers in raising the academic level of their students, achieving the aspirations of the wise leadership in preparing a generation capable of facing future challenges, and qualifying them to secure a respectable place in the job market undergoing continuous changes.
Government Education
Parents affirmed that government education in UAE schools has become highly attractive, adapting to the requirements of the times. Government schools have witnessed significant interest from Emirati families in enrolling their children, especially with the variety of classroom and extracurricular activities, and the availability of qualified infrastructure.
They called for the repetition of such meetings, aiming to understand the challenges facing the education sector. The leaders of the Foundation took great care to record all the observations and ideas presented during the meeting.
