The Abu Dhabi Police General Command honoured 44 public and private sector entities at the 2024 Partners Forum, which was inaugurated by His Excellency Major General Maktoum Ali Al Sharifi, Director General of Abu Dhabi Police. The event was attended by sector managers, senior officers, and partners.
Al Sharifi emphasised the forum's significance, which falls within the institution's commitment to maintaining and strengthening relationships and enhancing communication. He highlighted Abu Dhabi Police's commitment to leadership and value through partnerships within and outside the government.
He added that the Abu Dhabi Police focuses on working collaboratively with partners, to achieve the goals of the government and the wise leadership for security, safety, stability, and the wellbeing of the Abu Dhabi community, including individuals, entities, citizens, residents, and visitors.
The Director General praised the strategic partners for their role in Abu Dhabi Police's successes, emphasising the importance of effective partnerships. These partnerships contribute to advancing Abu Dhabi Police's services professionally, innovatively, and proactively, in line with the highest standards for the community's wellbeing and future readiness, he said.
Al Sharifi mentioned the utilisation of effective government channels of communication to share data regularly, promoting transparency and responsibility.
He stressed the Abu Dhabi Police's keenness to sustain positive relationships with partners, encouraging new ideas, creativity, and innovation. This approach aims to ensure mutual benefit, build trust, align goals, address challenges, and celebrate joint successes, all of which contribute to ensuring a sustainable competitive advantage and enduring leadership for Abu Dhabi and the UAE.
The forum began with the National Anthem and included a video showcasing Abu Dhabi Police's achievements in 2023 and its ongoing efforts to maintain security and safety through advanced technologies.
