Residents of the UAE are set to enjoy light rainfall this week, which is forecast to witness fair to partly cloudy and sometimes cloudy weather, according to the National Centre for Metrology (NCM).
Its weather bulletin predicted light rainfall on Wednesday, especially northward. The day is also forecast to witness light to moderate winds, active westward.
Light rainfall is also forecast on Thursday, especially over the coasts, with light to moderate or active northwesterly winds, stirring dust with a speed of 15 to 25 kilometres per hour, reaching 40kph.
Temperatures in Abu Dhabi on Wednesday will range between a high of 26°C during the day and a low of 21°C at night, according to the NCM. It also predicted that the weather will be humid by night and in the morning over some internal areas with probable mist formation throughout this week.
The bulletin additionally showed that low clouds will appear over the coasts on Friday with light to moderate or active Northwesterly winds, especially over the sea, at times stirring dust with a speed ranging between 15 to 25kph and reaching up to 40kph.
