The Souk at Qaryat Al Beri in Abu Dhabi has lined up complimentary performances to celebrate the 15th anniversary of the hotel resort on November 4 and is open to all from 3-11pm.
Over the past 15 years, The Souk in the Ben Al Jasrain area has established itself as one of the city’s go-to dining and shopping destinations. As a sincere expression of gratitude to the community that has been instrumental in achieving this significant milestone, Souk Qaryat Al Beri will transform into an epicentre of fun and excitement.
There will be Mirror Rabbits to welcome you with warm greetings, while visitors can expect to immerse themselves with magical things around them. They can witness a Master Illusionist challenge the laws of gravity and a roaming magician will also leave you in awe.
Music will fill the air for an unseen backdrop with melodic tunes from a roaming violinist-saxophonist duo, who will be complemented by a talented female guitarist strumming popular covers.
Children can get glitter painting done on their faces while all family members can indulge in portaits done by a live illustrative artist.
As the night falls, vibrant colours light up the sky with a dazzling pixel light show and disco jockeys playing throughout the evening. This indoor and outdoor celebration is thoughtfully designed for both adults and children and promises a blend of amusement and awe.
Beyond the stages and recreation elements, a selection of restaurants will serve different cuisines, complemented by canal views and roaming performances. Throughout the day there will be many giveaways and prizes for lucky guests to win vouchers, gifts, and lavish staycations at the Shangri-La and Traders Qaryat Al Beri hotels. The spectacles are free to attend.
