ALI AL AMOUDI (ABU DHABI)
The Abu Dhabi City Municipality announced that 3,711 government and private entities have registered on the Mirsal service on the national platform UAE Hub, since the service’s launch in March 2020.
This comes as part of the coordination and communication with government and private entities, with the aim of automating and electronically exchanging official correspondences between the registered entities in the service. This contributes to saving time and effort and facilitates tracking and accessing correspondences at any time.
The municipality explained that the services of the national platform aim to achieve several objectives that support and embody the government’s vision and directions in this regard. These include the speedy processing of correspondences, responding to them, and storing them in a secure database, with easy accessibility and also rationalising government expenses related to correspondences and their subsidiaries (printing, delivery, and carbon emissions).
The municipality called on all government and private entities to join the service through the UAE HUB website in order to exchange official correspondences with all registered entities and benefit from the service.
