TAARIQ HALIM (ABU DHABI)

Fasten your seatbelts, start your engines, the biggest show in town is here. The 17th Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix roars into Yas Island this weekend, bringing with it the ultimate in motorsport action and four days of world-class entertainment. The race to the F1 championship is on course for a thrilling climax at the Yas Marina Circuit on Sunday, December 7.

But in the run-up, from December 4 until the light turns green, ticket holders will be treated to an unparalleled live entertainment programme including After-Race Concerts, Official After-Parties organised by Yasalam presented by e&.

Last year's event drew 192,000 fans across four days, and organisers Ethara believe the 2025 event will overtake that figure.

Saif Al Noaimi, CEO of Ethara, said: "Abu Dhabi Grand Prix is the most anticipated weekend on the region's sporting calendar and the one we prepare for the whole year. The 2025 event promises to be remarkable, with more fans, more racing, more entertainment, and exciting new experiences on and off the track. We cannot wait to welcome everyone in Abu Dhabi."

This year's edition will feature the most ambitious entertainment lineup in Abu Dhabi GP history, with eight global megastars set to wrap up each day of the race weekend at Etihad Park.

David Powell, Ethara's Chief Strategy & Business Development Officer, said: "The event has become our region's Super Bowl. It is the biggest spectacle in the F1 calendar and an entertainment powerhouse, showcasing our ambition at Ethara. From concerts and parties to fashion and celebrities – the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix is a landmark destination event that delivers unmissable enjoyment for all."

Pitlane Walk

The Abu Dhabi Grand Prix was one of the first F1 races to introduce a public pitlane walk and it remains one of the most popular experiences for racegoers every year. Reacting to high demand, the 2025 edition will feature not one, but two Pitlane Walks on Thursday, giving more fans the chance to see teams preparing their garages and sometimes even spot the drivers. Both sessions are further enhanced with a track walk, allowing fans to explore the iconic Yas Marina Circuit track.

The Pitlane Walk is exclusive to four-day ticket holders and is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

In another first for the event, more grandstand gates will open after the chequered flag on Sunday, December 7, inviting every fan to join a number of post-race celebrations under the podium and witness history as the 2025 champions are crowned.
