Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan has attended the Sweihan Mazayna, part of the Camel Mazayna programme at the 19th Al Dhafra Festival.
Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan emphasised the role of such competitions in preserving UAE cultural heritage, promoting Abu Dhabi as a key destination for heritage events.
He also praised the efforts of organisers and participants in preserving native camel breeds and supporting the local economy, and highlighted the event's role in promoting local and Gulf tourism and preserving ancestral traditions for younger generations.
