The Muay Thai and Kickboxing Federation has announced that the UAE Open Muay Thai Championship for men and women, will be held from October 25-27 at Festival Arena in Dubai.
The championship is open to athletes aged 16 to 40 from the UAE and abroad.
It will feature 12 weight divisions for the 16-17 age group, 10 weight classes for the under-23 category, and 13 weight classes for seniors.
Registration is open until October 20 through the federation’s official channels.
The preliminary rounds will be held on October 25, the semi-finals on October 26, and the finals on October 27.
Executive Director and Board Member of the UAE Muay Thai and Kickboxing Federation, Ali Khouri, said the "pivotal" event "underscores our continuous efforts to grow the sport and create meaningful opportunities for athletes to gain valuable experience."
