Organised, as part of its inaugural Abu Dhabi Run and Ride event on 18 February 2024, Abu Dhabi Sports Council (ADSC) has launched Fitness Village, a hub of wellness and fitness-oriented and family activities which starts as an accompanying activation ahead of the running and cycling event from 15-18 February. Both events take place at Abu Dhabi Corniche and showcase ADSC’s commitment to promoting a healthy and active lifestyle within the community.
Fitness Village will feature a diverse range of fitness classes for participants of all ages and fitness levels. Attendees can look forward to engaging in activities such as yoga, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), spine exercises, and more. For younger participants, there will be a variety of kids' activities, including arts and crafts, face painting, and other entertaining endeavours.
Abu Dhabi Run and Ride aims to promote a blend of health, happiness, and togetherness to attract runners and cyclists of all levels, as well as people looking to enjoy a day of outdoor entertainment for all participants and their families.
