French judicial authorities have announced the discovery of a large quantity of cocaine weighing 51 kg inside a container at the Grand Port Maritime of Marseille.
According to a statement issued on Thursday by the Marseille Public Prosecutor's Office, the container containing the drugs had arrived from South America, indicating the existence of an international drug trafficking network.
This discovery is considered one of the largest drug seizures on the Marseille coast in recent times.
