KUWAIT CITY (ALETIHAD)


His Highness Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Emir of the State of Kuwait, issued on Friday evening an Emiri decree dissolving parliament and suspending some constitutional articles for no more than four years.
