For the first time, European Union foreign ministers are meeting on Monday outside the bloc's own borders, in Ukraine, the EU's top diplomat Josep Borrell said.
"I am convening today the EU Foreign Ministers in Kyiv, for the first ever meeting of all 27 Member States outside the EU," Borrell said in a post on X, formerly known as Twitter.
"Ukraine's future lies within the EU," Borrell added.
