ABU DHABI (ALETIHAD)

ADAI (Art Data & Advisory Interface), a new digital platform that uses data to connect Middle Eastern and North African art with global markets, has launched in Abu Dhabi with the aim of making the region’s art scene easier to discover, understand and invest in.

Positioning itself at the intersection of technology and culture, ADAI blends AI-driven analysis with curatorial expertise. Founded to empower artists, collectors, and galleries alike, ADAI offers verified market data, personalised consultancy, and curated access to regional and international art.

Its mission is to connect MENA art with the world through a trusted, digital ecosystem that unites data, culture, and human creativity. The platform is designed to help artists, collectors and institutions navigate the regional art market with more transparency and confidence.

“ADAI was born from a belief that MENA art deserves to be seen, understood and valued on a global stage,” said CEO Rayan Hakki. “Our mission is to make the region’s art ecosystem more discoverable and investable by combining data, technology and human expertise.”

The launch was marked alongside Formal Perspectives, an exhibition curated by Khawla Art and Culture on Jubail Island, which showcased contemporary art and design from regional and international names.

Participating artists included regional and international artists and designers such as Paulin Paulin Paulin (French Design Studio), Lee Ufan (Korea), Helen Khal (Lebanon), Hussein Madi (Lebanon), Sarah Al Mheiry (UAE), Abdullah Al Othman (Saudi Arabia), Ettore Spalletti (Italy)  Juma Al Haj, (UAE), Fatima El Hajj (Lebanon), Lamees Akkar, (Syria), Omar Al Gurg (UAE), Missak Terzian (Armenia-Lebanon), Sarah Morris (USA), Samia Halaby (Palestine-USA), among others.

ADAI also partnered with NOMAD, the design fair making its UAE debut this year, hosting talks, receptions and panel discussions that brought together artists, designers, collectors and cultural leaders.

More than 500 guests attended the launch events, which introduced ADAI’s vision of a data-driven, human-centred art ecosystem that connects the region’s creativity with global audiences.
