ABU DHABI (ALETIHAD)
The 33rd Arab Music Festival is taking place in Abu Dhabi on October 24–26 at the Cultural Foundation.
The three-night event features a diverse line-up of acclaimed and emerging artists from across the Arab world, paying tribute to legendary Arab artists and musical heritage.
Performance Schedule
October 24: Umm Kulthum Night
This opening night will honour the legacy of iconic Egyptian singer and actress Umm Kulthum with performances of her timeless masterpieces by Egyptian songstress Reham Abdel Hakim, accompanied by an orchestra conducted by Mohamed Elmougy.
October 25: Warda Night
The second night features opera singer Marwa Nagy performing a tribute to Algerian Warda Al Jazairia, conducted by Ahmed Amer.
October 26: Abdel Halim Hafez Night
The festival concludes with Egyptian singer and actor Hany Shaker reviving the magic of legendary Egyptian crooner Abdel Halim Hafez, conducted by Alaa Abdelsalam.
