Eid Al Fitr 2025 promises a spectacular line-up of firework displays, lively entertainment and cultural celebrations across the UAE, offering residents and visitors an unforgettable experience.
Eid Al Fitr marks the end of Ramadan and falls on the first day of Shawwal, the 10th month of the Islamic calendar.

As the Islamic calendar follows lunar cycles, Eid will be starting either Sunday, March 30, or Monday, March 31, depending on moon sighting reports.

Where to Catch Eid Al Fitr Fireworks?
In Abu Dhabi, Yas Bay Waterfront will host fireworks for all three days of Eid, starting at 9pm. While the show is free to watch, visitors can also book tables at nearby restaurants for a premium viewing experience.
A popular entertainment hub, Hudayriyat Island will offer a dazzling fireworks display complemented by a variety of dining options at the Marsana Ramadan Souq.
Abu Dhabi's famous 8km stretch of the Corniche provides numerous vantage points for a stunning Eid fireworks display, making it an ideal spot for families and friends to gather and celebrate.
Al Ain's iconic Hazza Bin Zayed Stadium promises a captivating Eid fireworks show. Watch as the sky above the stadium lights up with vibrant colours, marking the beginning of this auspicious occasion.

Waterfront Nights at Yas Bay, returning for its fourth edition, is a vibrant night market featuring 26 local brands, many supported by the Khalifa Fund for Enterprise Development.
Running from March 15 to April 1, the market offers live entertainment, workshops, a kids' corner and gaming areas. Shoppers can also enter a raffle for prizes, including a Gold Yas Annual Pass and Dh1,000 in dining vouchers.
The Promenade at The Galleria Al Maryah Island is hosting an interactive installation by Melbourne-based Eness, until April 20.
It includes 16 inflatable sculptures embedded with motion sensors that emit light and sound.
Ghaitah Al Ain 2025, organised by the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi), will take place on the first day of Eid for five days at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre Al Ain (ADNEC Centre Al Ain), showcasing Al Ain's cultural heritage.
The event features art installations, live performances, a heritage zone and a variety of interactive experiences, including horseback riding, zip-lining, a shooting range, and obstacle courses.
