Legendary Assala Nasri will perform at the Sheikh Zayed Heritage Festival in Al Wathba on November 23. It will be a night of soulful melodies and captivating performances, as Assala, one of the Arab world's most cherished vocalists, takes the stage.

Known for her powerful voice and emotional depth, Assala is set to deliver a performance that will resonate with fans long after the final note. She is a renowned Syrian singer known for her powerful voice and emotional depth. She began her musical career at a young age, performing patriotic, religious, and children's songs. Her father, Mostafa Nasri, was a well-regarded composer and singer, which greatly influenced her early musical journey.

Assala's breakthrough came in 1991 with her debut album "Law Ta'rafou", which featured the hit song "Ya Sabra Yana". This album established her as a significant figure in the Arabic music scene. Over the years, she has released numerous albums and singles, earning widespread acclaim for her vocal prowess and heartfelt performances.

The album includes tracks like "Leheqt Nafsy," "Aaraad El-Gheyab," "Aysha Hala," "Neset," "Esheq El-Rooh," and "Hadeqat Thalj".

Assala has had a notable presence in the UAE over the years. She also performed at the 2019 Special Olympics World Summer Games in Abu Dhabi, where she performed the official song "Right Where I'm Supposed to Be" alongside international artists like Ryan Tedder, Avril Lavigne, Luis Fonsi, Hussain Al Jassmi, and Tamer Hosny. 

Assala also performed at the Etihad Arena in Abu Dhabi on July 22, 2021, during the Eid Al Adha celebrations, sharing the stage with Emirati singer and musician Hussain Al Jassmi.
