In collaboration with various Abu Dhabi government entities, the Department of Government Enablement (DGE) has launched TAMM 3.0, a one-stop-shop platform offering a wide range of seamless services, at GITEX Global 2024.
By leveraging AI, this platform simplifies access to 800+ services, supporting Abu Dhabi’s Digital Strategy and the UAE’s National AI Strategy 2031 to improve public service delivery to citizens, residents, visitors, as well as investors.
Ahmed Tamim Hisham Al Kuttab, Chairman of the DGE, said: “The launch of TAMM 3.0 is a pivotal step in further enhancing Abu Dhabi government service delivery, in line with the visionary objectives of Abu Dhabi’s leadership to realise seamless, AI-powered solutions that elevate public services. In close collaboration with numerous other Abu Dhabi government entities, we are enabling a new standard in digital government, where personalised, efficient, and proactive services ensure that Abu Dhabi government entities work together towards one meaningful goal which is to consistently meet the evolving needs of citizens and residents.”
Dr. Mohamed Al Askar, Director General of the TAMM Programme, highlighted its mission to continuously challenge the status quo and improve the quality of life for all in Abu Dhabi.
He said, “Contributing to DGE’s ambition towards an AI-native government, TAMM 3.0 delivers this mission and provides a truly personalised experience that puts the needs of every customer at the centre of Abu Dhabi Government’s unified TAMM omnichannel and services one-stop shop. By harnessing the power of AI, we are equipping our customers with their own AI assistant that knows them and their unique needs, and that is making government interactions more personalised, intuitive and seamless, ensuring that every touch point is user-friendly and tailored to each individual’s unique preferences.”
Launched by the DGE, TAMM 3.0 introduces TAMM’s AI assistant, which offers a highly personalised experience with voice-enabled support in both Arabic and English, available 24/7.
This advanced platform simplifies access to over 800 seamless services, ranging from renewing licences to accessing healthcare, by utilising sophisticated algorithms that analyse user behaviour.
Enhancing the user experience further, TAMM Care offers both responsive and proactive support through real-time dashboards and a Customer-360 view derived from the Unified CRM.
This feature improves accessibility, minimises the need for physical visits, as well as provides personalised guidance via video and audio.
TAMM agents leverage screen sharing and proactive monitoring to efficiently resolve issues while maintaining user privacy, ensuring preemptive solutions to potential challenges.
In addition, TAMM Nexus streamlines the Product Delivery Life Cycle, achieving a 70-80% increase in speed, accuracy, and quality.
This agile approach accelerates service rollouts on the TAMM platform, enhancing delivery quality and security while aligning with Abu Dhabi’s digital innovation goals.
In an interview with Aletihad, Al Askar discussed the crucial role of cybersecurity and the alignment of partnerships with Abu Dhabi’s artificial intelligence strategy.
He stressed that cybersecurity is a top priority, highlighting the robust ecosystem designed to protect sensitive information.
Al Askar expressed optimism about the potential of AI to drive further improvements in service delivery.
“If you had asked me two years ago, no one would have anticipated the capabilities we have now with AI. We are committed to leveraging every new development and technology to benefit our customers. What we have shown today is a glimpse of what is possible, and I believe you will not find this level of innovation anywhere else in the next year,” he stated.
