Dr Mohammed Abdullah Al-Ali, CEO of TRENDS Research and Advisory, affirmed that the celebration of Flag Day on November 3 each year embodies the highest meanings of belonging and loyalty to the country and expresses the unity of the Emirati people and the strength of their cohesion under one banner that brings its people together around the values of goodness and generosity.
Dr Al-Ali said, “When we raise the UAE flag, we raise a symbol of glory and dignity, a history of giving and building, and we recall the legacy of the Founding Leader, Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, may God rest his soul, who instilled in us the values of justice, peace, and humanity, and made tolerance a way of life and an authentic aspect of national identity.”
He added that Flag Day is not merely a symbolic celebration, but an occasion to renew the pledge to work diligently and sincerely in serving the country, and to raise spirits to continue along the path of development and prosperity under the wise leadership that has made human beings the central goal of development.
The CEO of TRENDS noted that, under the vision of its wise leadership, the UAE will continue to be a global beacon of tolerance and peace, and a model centre of humanistic influence essential to building tolerant and open societies.
