Trading activity saw 15,744 trades valued at Dh975.2 million.
Seventy companies were involved in the session. Share prices for 33 companies increased, while 27 decreased. The remaining ten companies' stock prices remained unchanged.
Abu Dhabi National Takaful Co. PSC (TKFL) was the day's top gainer, closing at Dh4.60, a rise of 15 percent.
Conversely, HAYAH Insurance Company P.J.S.C. (HAYAH) witnessed the biggest decline, closing at Dh0.873, down 10%.
The Dubai Financial Market (DFM) closed in negative territory at 4,272.76 points, reflecting a decrease of 0.061 percent.
Trading activity on the DFM saw 8,310 trades valued at Dh338.6 million.
Out of the 38 companies involved in trading on the DFM, 15 companies saw their share prices increase, 14 companies declined, and nine companies' stock prices remained unchanged.
BHM Capital Financial Services PSC (BHM) led the gainers on the DFM, closing at Dh3.50, up 9.72 percent.
Al Firdous Holdings PJSC (DFHD) closed at Dh0.283, down 7.516 percent, marking the day's lowest price.
