President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan celebrated the values and achievements of Emirati women, describing them as a source of national pride, resilience and strength, as the UAE marks Emirati Women's Day on August 28.
In a message shared on X on the occasion, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan said: "On Emirati Women's Day, we come together to celebrate the values and achievements of all Emirati women, who represent the pride of our nation and its unwavering resilience."
His Highness noted that this year's celebrations will extend beyond the traditional observance, with Emirati Women's Day being marked throughout an entire month for the first time.
"For the first time, these celebrations will extend to a full month this year in reflection of our gratitude for their outstanding contributions to the UAE's continued development," His Highness said.
His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed highlighted the determination and vision of Emirati women, underscoring their enduring role in strengthening the UAE's development journey.
"Through their determination and inspiring vision for the future, Emirati women will forever remain a source of our collective strength and advancement."
