NCM: Highest temperature recorded across UAE on Friday was 47.6°C in Sweihan

ABU DHABI (ALETIHAD)

The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) announced that the highest temperature recorded in the UAE on Friday was 47.5°C in Sweihan, located in Al Ain region.

According to its bulletin on X, the weather bureau recorded the five highest temperatures across the country on Friday in the following areas:

- Sweihan: 47.6°C at 2:45 pm
- Bada Dafas: 47°C at 2:00 pm
- Al Qattara: 46.8°C at 3:00 pm
- Al Jazeera B.G.: 46.7°C at 1:45 pm
- UAE University: 46.5°C at 4:00 pm
