Represented by the Al Ain Region Police Directorate, and in coordination with the Community Police Affairs Section of the Community Police Department, Abu Dhabi Police organised the first annual forum for members of the "We Are All Police" initiative in Al Ain.

The event was held at the Al Ain Police Officers Club Theatre as part of the force's commitment to strengthening community partnerships and fostering cooperation with members of the public.

The initiative aims to support security and crime prevention efforts while promoting awareness of social responsibility.

Director of the Al Ain Police Directorate at Abu Dhabi Police, Brigadier Saeed Humaid Al Dhaheri, said that the "We Are All Police" initiative reflects Abu Dhabi Police's approach to embedding community partnership as a cornerstone of the security system.

He explained that the initiative has achieved significant results by expanding members' participation in awareness programmes and community initiatives, promoting security and preventive awareness, supporting Abu Dhabi Police's strategic priority of proactive policing, enhancing quality of life, and reinforcing the leadership's vision of building a safer and more aware society.

During the forum, Abu Dhabi Police highlighted the vital role played by volunteers from various nationalities in supporting the objectives of the Year of the Family 2026.

Their contributions include strengthening engagement with community members, promoting cooperation, solidarity, and social cohesion, raising security awareness, participating in community initiatives, and helping reinforce the values of shared responsibility and public safety.

The forum also featured a range of services and educational workshops for participants.

These included a traffic safety workshop conducted by the Al Ain Traffic and Security Patrols Department, focusing on the importance of complying with traffic laws and regulations to reduce road accidents.

A health awareness workshop, organised in cooperation with Mediclinic Hospital, promoted healthy lifestyle practices and quality of life, reflecting Abu Dhabi Police's commitment to preventive health and community well-being.

At the conclusion of the forum, Brigadier Saeed Humaid Al Dhaheri honoured members of the "We Are All Police" initiative in recognition of their outstanding contributions to community programmes.

Strategic partners were also recognised for their support of the initiative.

He expressed his appreciation for their dedication and positive engagement in serving the community, emphasising that the recognition reflects Abu Dhabi Police's commitment to valuing its partners and encouraging continued contributions toward building a cohesive and sustainable nation.
