ABU DHABI (ALETIHAD)
The National Center of Meteorology (NCM) has issued a rain alert for parts of the country's eastern regions on Sunday.
A statement issued today warned residents of convective cloud formation associated with rainfall and strong winds at times with clouds causing blowing dust - between 2:00 pm and 7:30 pm.
According to the official advisory, conditions are expected to include light to moderate rainfall with the possibility of heavy downpours at times, accompanied by fresh to strong winds reaching up to 45 kmph.
