Authorities in Umm Al Quwain respond to incident caused by falling shrapnel, one injured

The Umm Al Quwain Government Media Office confirmed that relevant authorities in the emirate responded to an incident that occurred near a facility in the Umm Al Thuoob Industrial Area, resulting from falling shrapnel following the successful interception of a drone by air defence systems.

The incident led to the injury of one Indian national, the office added.
