UAE President issues Federal Decree appointing Mugheer Al Khaili as Secretary-General of Erth Zayed Philanthropies

President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has issued Federal Decree No. 11 of 2026 appointing His Excellency Dr. Mugheer Khamis Al Khaili as Secretary-General of Erth Zayed Philanthropies.

The decree takes effect from the date of its issuance and will be published in the official gazette.
