TRENDS Research & Advisory will embark on a strategic research tour to New Delhi from November 26 to 28 as part of its ongoing efforts to promote dialogue and build strategic cooperation with leading institutions in India and across South Asia.

As a highlight of the visit, TRENDS will co-host the TRENDS-ORF Economic Dialogue in partnership with the Observer Research Foundation (ORF), under the theme “MENA-India Economic Cooperation: Sharing Knowledge, Building Partnerships, and Advancing Strategies”.

The dialogue, to be held at the Dr Ambedkar International Centre, will convene leading academics, researchers, and policy experts to examine the role of think tanks in promoting economic collaboration between the MENA region and India.

In a key development, TRENDS will also inaugurate its virtual office in New Delhi during the visit. The new office will serve as a long-term platform for research collaboration, facilitating joint projects, symposia, and academic exchanges with Indian institutions.

Dr Mohammed Abdullah Al-Ali, CEO of TRENDS Research & Advisory, said the visit reflects TRENDS’ strategic vision to broaden its global presence by deepening cooperation with one of the world’s fastest-growing economies.

He noted that the virtual office will act as a permanent gateway for academic exchange and strategic analysis of global trends and their implications for the South Asian region.
