H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, attended on Thursday evening the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ celebration of the 53rd Eid Al Etihad at the ministry’s headquarters in Abu Dhabi.

The celebration was attended by Zaki Nusseibeh, Cultural Adviser to the UAE President; Reem bint Ibrahim Al Hashemy, Minister of State for International Cooperation; Sheikh Shakhboot bin Nahyan Al Nahyan, Minister of State; Ahmed Ali Al Sayegh, Minister of State; Khalifa Shaheen Al Marar, Minister of State; Khaled Abdullah Belhoul, Under-Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; Assistant Ministers of Foreign Affairs; Assistant Under-Secretaries, and Directors of Departments, in addition to a number of ambassadors, heads of representative missions to the country, and employees and members of the ministry.

The celebration included an array of entertainment, cultural and awareness activities and events. The ministry hosted students from Yas School who presented a musical play on the story of the UAE’s union.

The celebration also included heritage shows that included folkloric dances to celebrate the rich cultural heritage of the UAE.
