President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, in his capacity as the Ruler of Abu Dhabi, has issued an Emiri Decree appointing His Highness Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan as Ruler's Representative in Al Ain Region.
