The Abu Dhabi Judicial Department (ADJD) has won the Gold Award at the International Customer Experience Awards 2024, announced during the awards ceremony held in the United Kingdom.

The accolade recognises ADJD’s excellence in advancing its service system and implementing the best international practices to meet the customer expectations, enhancing its position as one of the most prominent judicial institutions at the international stage.

Counsellor Yousef Saeed Al Abri, Undersecretary of the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department, stressed that this international recognition reflects the department's commitment to achieving the vision of the wise leadership, to enhance excellence and innovation in government services, in line with the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister, Chairman of the Presidential Court, and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department, to develop a world-leading judicial system that consolidates the competitive position of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

Al-Abri stated that winning the gold award in the category of business change and transformation is an international certificate that enhances the leadership of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi as a distinguished destination in providing judicial and legal services with international standards, which consolidates its position as a role model in achieving customer satisfaction and establishing an interactive environment that keeps pace with the requirements of society.

He pointed out that winning this award is the result of continuous efforts to develop the services of the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department in accordance with the best practices and the application of the latest digital technologies supported by artificial intelligence and the development of innovative solutions and smart systems that enable the provision of electronic judicial services, and the provision of multiple channels to access justice in line with the requirements of the digital era.
