For the second consecutive year, TRENDS Research & Advisory has achieved a new milestone by winning the Emirates Labour Market Award in its second edition under the Professional, Scientific, and Technical Activities category. The award, organised by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization with over 7,700 participating companies and institutions, recognises the Center’s implementation of best practices that enhance competitiveness in the labour market.

Endorsed by the UAE Cabinet and under the esteemed patronage of H.H. Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister, and Chairman of the Presidential Court, the award plays a significant role in celebrating the achievements of pioneering private sector institutions, honouring outstanding labour, and highlighting successful labour market practices across various sectors within the UAE.

The winners were honoured by H.H. Sheikh Theyab bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Chairman of the Presidential Court for Development and Fallen Heroes’ Affairs, in the presence of H.E. Dr. Abdulrahman Al Awar, Minister of Human Resources and Emiratization and Chairman of the Award’s Supervisory Committee.


Dr. Mohammed Abdullah Al-Ali, CEO of TRENDS Research & Advisory, received the award during a grand ceremony held by the Ministry at the ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi, attended by numerous officials, corporate leaders, the TRENDS team, media representatives, and guests.

TRENDS won the award in recognition of its adherence to the highest standards in human resources management, as outlined in the criteria for this award category.
