Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak receives wife of Vietnamese Prime Minister

H.H. Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, the Mother of the Nation, Chairwoman of the General Women's Union (GWU), President of the Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood, and Supreme Chairwoman of the Family Development Foundation (FDF), received Lê Thị Bích Trân, wife of the Vietnamese Prime Minister, at Qasr Al Bahr on Monday.

H.H. Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak welcomed the wife of the Vietnamese Prime Minister and discussed opportunities to develop relations between institutions concerned with women and childhood in the UAE and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, particularly in the areas of women's empowerment and family support.

During the meeting, H.H. and her guest explored several topics and ideas regarding projects and initiatives that contribute to opening up new avenues for cooperation in areas related to motherhood, childhood, and family in both countries.

H.H. Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak highlighted the distinguished relations between the two countries and stressed the importance of enhancing their cooperation, especially in social and cultural aspects that focus on empowering women and strengthening their role in developing their communities and advancing their nations.

For her part, the wife of the Vietnamese Prime Minister commended the efforts of H.H. Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak in supporting women's and family issues, appreciating the quality global initiatives and humanitarian projects launched by the UAE to achieve development and progress in various regions of the world.
